We know the lay of your land
Our extensive experience developing Bend-area landscape solutions has given Aspen an affinity for the local lifestyle, and an ability to produce results that reflect both the personality of our clients and the unique character of Central Oregon. This, plus our insight into the interplay of native vegetation and topography with sun, shade, moisture and other environmental factors, affords us the flexibility to explore additional creative options, and make minimal use of pesticides.

Aspen Co-owner, Brandon Reese
An Oregon native with a horticulture degree from OSU, Aspen owner Brandon Reese began landscaping in Central Oregon's Sundance Neighborhood after the Skeleton Cave fire. From that day forward, his passion for landscape creation has been based on building rapport with clients, by seeing what they see, understanding their needs, and sharing their joy in the transformation of faceless dirt into head-turning, life-enhancing outdoor environments.
As part of his commitment to earn his clients' trust, Brandon stays at the forefront of industry knowledge by regularly attending seminars on such topics as sustainable landscaping practices, horticulture, irrigation and fire prevention. A past president of the local chapter of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association (OLCA), and a Community Education instructor for Central Oregon Community College, Brandon is committed to civic involvement, and has donated goods and services to organizations such as Together for Children, OLCA and the Humane Society.
Aspen Co-owner, Jarrod Levin
Jarrod's enthusiasm for horticulture and landscape design goes back to his high school years in Philadelphia, PA. After serving for four years in the U.S. Air Force, he earned a Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Oregon. While working for various landscaping companies like Northwest Landscape Industries, Jarrod refined his focus on landscape design. In 2001 he brought this emphasis to his first company, JML Design. Jarrod became a leading partner at Aspen in 2004, and brought with him a design sensibility that seeks to maximize the natural aesthetics of plants, trees, shrubs, water features and hardscapes, while taking into proper consideration elements like water, sun, soil - and human interaction.
