Q: What do I need to provide Aspen in order to create a custom design?
A: To create a design that meets the wishes of the customer we need input on what the personal preferences of the owner are. To save time a site plan, base map or any detailed plan of the property would come in handy.

Q: Is there a way to get a discount or a deal?
A: In general we offer our products at the best possible rate. Depending on the scope of the project and various other variables we might be able to help reduce the price of your project. We do offer a prepayment discount.

Q: I have received two bids. Why is there a price difference?
A: The main thing with comparing bids is always the question whether or not you're comparing apples and apples. It's not always easy to compare them, due to the complexity of how individual elements are specified. For example, the quality of the materials used in various bids can vary widely. In addition, depending on the bid, you may not actually end up receiving everything that is outlined.
